Just a Talk (PG-13)

It was one of Natalina's sessions and to say she was worried was an understatement.

Natalina didn't even see the point of her going to one of these sessions, due to the fact that she had nothing wrong. But, she knew that Dana would try to get all into her mind and solve the so called problem. And, Nina knew that she had a bit of a temper, who didn't? But, Frank's temper was worse and even though Frank hadn't been very vocal since she's arrived, she had a feeling he would show up soon. And, for Dana's sake, Natalina hoped she didn't.

Knocking on the door, Natalina waited for the woman to answer. She didn't know what they would talk about, but she hoped Dana would lead the conversation. Nina would have to find a way to make the talk go her way though. She wasn't about to let some woman come in and get all into her personal life. That was not going to happen.

"Ms. Mayers? It's Natalina Lafayette for our session?"

Dana was waiting for Natalina to show up for their session that she had planned last week, as she tapped her pen gently against her leg. She was worried the girl wouldn't show up since she was adamant that nothing was wrong. That wasn't unusual, but it had be unhelpful in making any progress toward helping her get better or at least to some semblance of normality. Though that was a word that she would definitely leave out of any conversations within the hospital.

When she heard a knock on the door she brightened. Maybe Natalina wouldn't be so difficult after all, but she knew to never just assume. Anything could happen. "Come on in," she called out as she waited for the girl to come in. "Go ahead and take a seat, I will be recording this session, if that's alright with you? May I call you Natalina?" she asked the girl before she remembered something. "Oh an it's Mrs. or Dr. Mayers, I know it's a bit confusing since I have the same last name as my husband..." she trailed off with a soft laugh. It had confused quite a few people as most female doctors tended to use their maiden name so there was no confusion.
