It was Monday and Kae had her session with Dr. McAdams, “As if Mondays weren’t bad enough,” she said to herself as she left her room to head to the doctor’s office. She hated talking about her ‘disease,’ as they called it, but she knew she had to go or there was no chance of her ever getting out of this place. She got to the appointment early and decided to take a seat and wait.
After a few moments she heard the door next to her open the person who’d had their session before her walk away, but she was unsure as to whether or not Dr. McAdams was ready for her yet so she remained in the seat and waited to be called.
